Take your game to the next level by getting back to the basics. That's right - go back to go forward! Upstate Franchise Basketball and the Rochester Royal Ballers are teaming up as the Upstate Royal Ballers and we're excited to offer players in 4th-10th grade a boot camp where athletes will work with professional players and coaches to improve their skills from the ground up. Athletes will work on:

  • Defense
  • Dribbling
  • Shooting
  • Basketball IQ
  • Leadership Skills

*Lunch break will include life skills enrichment with professional players - this will include discussions on the importance of mental health and discipline on and off the court, what defines a leader on the court, and off it, and the pathway from rec to professional ball.*

$40 per session
